ClickHouse is expanding its Support Services team and seeks a Senior Consulting Engineer to deliver consultative support to enterprise customers worldwide. You will blend hands-on engineering with development assistance, handling L1–L3 cases and contributing to product roadmap in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Sales.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in professional services or engineering roles, strong DBMS experience, and deep cloud and Linux/Kubernetes skills.

Formación

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Support, Technical Accounts Management, Engineering/SRE, or Project Management.
• 5+ years implementing, operating, or supporting scalable, distributed DBMS.
• Breadth in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, System/Network Administration, and big data.
• Experience leading large technical projects with multiple engineers.
• Expertise with a public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaaS offerings.

Responsabilidades

• Perform design, architecture, integration, implementation, and documentation on customer projects.
• Provide consultative support for strategic users, onboarding, and production launches.
• Offer architectural, technical, and migration assistance including hands-on tasks.
• Support L1–L3 cases when not assigned to projects.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales on roadmaps and account plans.
• Develop and maintain public/internal docs, knowledge bases, learning materials, and benchmarks.
• Mentor new team members and participate in hiring as we scale.
• Be available for on-call needs and up to 35% onsite regional travel.
