Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 years of program management experience in a software or product engineering organization.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and ability to engage with engineering teams on technical delivery.
• Experience working with multiple Agile teams at scale and cross-team coordination practices such as Scrum of Scrums.
• Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product delivery across the full software development lifecycle - requirements, design, development, testing, and release across cloud and appliance-based lines.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Threat Research, Operations, and Customer Support on multi-team programs.
• Coordinate across multiple Agile teams using scaled Agile practices and drive program-level delivery rhythm.
• Turn program complexity into clear, strategic updates for senior leadership.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple programs simultaneously, balancing long-term goals with day-to-day execution.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, surface blockers early, and drive timely decisions to keep programs on track.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors, providing clear visibility into status and risks.
• Evaluate scope changes and shifting priorities, and align teams on the path forward.
• Build and maintain proactive risk management practices across all programs.
• Mentor intermediate program managers and contribute to a high-performing team.
