Next Frontier Capital seeks a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead multiple technical teams at our Buenos Aires location. In this role, you will not only deliver cloud applications but also oversee the architectural and engineering leadership required for success in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in backend and frontend technologies, particularly Java, Python, and React, along with deep knowledge of AWS architecture.

Formación

• Significant experience leading software engineering teams delivering production cloud applications.
• Strong backend engineering background in Java and/or Python.
• Deep working knowledge of AWS architecture and security fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver a cloud application roadmap end-to-end.
• Drive engineering excellence: code quality, CI/CD, observability, and incident management.
• Mentor engineers, set performance expectations, and develop talent.

Conocimientos

Backend engineering in Java

Frontend experience with React

Cloud infrastructure on AWS

Microservices and distributed systems

Coaching and mentoring skills

Fluent in English
