Cashea is seeking aSenior Cloud Engineer to own our IaC platform on Google Cloud. You will design and extend a live, multi-environment platform using OpenTofu (Terraform) and Terragrunt, shaping how dozens of teams ship services safely.

You will manage GCP resources (Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud SQL, Memorystore Redis) and craft secure network and IAM foundations. Excellent communication and mentoring are essential as you help scale our fintech-focused infrastructure.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of cloud and infrastructure engineering experience, with strong hands-on depth in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Production experience with Terraform or OpenTofu, and Terragrunt, building reusable, versioned infrastructure.
• Solid grasp of GCP networking: VPCs, subnets, Cloud NAT, DNS, firewall policies, private connectivity.
• Strong IAM fundamentals: least privilege, service accounts, and Workload Identity or federation.
• Experience operating managed GCP services such as Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud SQL, Memorystore Redis.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build reusable IaC modules and wrappers in OpenTofu (Terraform) and Terragrunt with sensible defaults.
• Provision and evolve our GCP estate including Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud SQL, Memorystore Redis.
• Own network architecture, Shared VPC, per-domain subnets, Cloud NAT, DNS, and load balancing.
• Design least-privilege IAM with service accounts and Workload Identity.
• Build and maintain CI/CD for infrastructure with GitHub Actions and security checks.
• Make architectural decisions across multi-environment setups and own platform changes end-to-end.
• Manage Terraform and Terragrunt state and ensure safe rollout of changes.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical discussions to raise the engineering bar.
