EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who leads outcomes, designs scalable cloud architectures, and improves reliability. You will own automation, CI/CD pipelines, and production stability across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities include building robust infrastructure, mentoring teammates, refining deployment strategies, and ensuring security and compliance within cloud operations.

Formación

• Three+ years of IT infrastructure, systems engineering, DevOps, or cloud engineering.
• At least one year in a leadership or team coordination role.
• Hands-on with public clouds (prefer AWS) for designing and managing cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to support high-availability, business-critical systems.
• Experience in complex enterprises with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud architectures.
• Strong Kubernetes skills for orchestration of containers.
• Python scripting and automation proficiency.
• Experience with statically typed OO languages (C# or Java).
• IaC and automation tooling familiarity; CI/CD and GitLab experience.
• English knowledge at B2+ level, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance deployment strategies and system efficiency.
• Develop automation for infrastructure setup, configuration, and monitoring.
• Advocate for and implement CI/CD processes and standards across projects.
• Address and resolve issues in production and testing environments.
• Update and refine documentation for systems, workflows, and operational guidelines.
• Ensure security and compliance are integrated into all cloud operations.
• Mentor team members and share expertise in DevOps practices and cloud technologies.
• Take part in incident analysis and drive improvements for greater system reliability.
• Identify and introduce new tools and methodologies to strengthen the DevOps landscape.
