Creative Chaos is seeking an experienced DevOps/System Engineer to ensure SLA compliance while leading urgent issues and projects. You will design, build, and support cloud automation modules using Puppet technologies and manage Linux-based infrastructure.

Role requires strong experience with cloud environments (Azure/AWS), CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Kubernetes, and scripting. Excellent English communication and a flexible, collaborative mindset are essential.

Formación

• BS degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar relevant field
• Minimum 6-10 years of related experience in the professional industry.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Azure, App Center CloudFormation, Ansible, Subversion, Docker, or relevant
• Strong experience administering cloud-hosted environments on at least one major IAAS platform (Azure/AWS)
• DevOps familiarity with practices and automation tooling
• Hands-on with Microsoft products (TFS, TeamCity)
• Virtualization techniques for data centers
• Hands-on with automation tools (Ansible, Chef)
• Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation
• Experience with CI/CD toolchains (Kubernetes)
• Scripting skills (Python, Ruby, Bash, PowerShell)
• Experience with Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu/Amazon Linux)
• Excellent English communication
• Flexible and versatile personality

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to SLAs as per contract.
• Lead urgent issues and projects with proper staffing and status updates.
• Design, build, and support cloud automation modules using Puppet technologies.
• Troubleshoot issues in Linux, networking, and load balancing.
• Communicate with all stakeholders using a formal process methodology.
• Collaborate with development to deploy CI/CD infrastructure.
• Create and maintain environments for QA and development.
• Deploy and support applications in cloud environments.
• Ensure infrastructure security, reliability, scalability, and automation.
• Provide direct server support during deployments and production operations.
• Collaborate with developers to meet requirements and best practices.
• Design, implement, and test agreed infrastructures.
• Automate deployment of Linux apps, configurations, and security settings.
• Evaluate candidates for open positions.
