Software Mind Americas in Argentina is seeking a DevOps Engineer (L3/L4) to join a Platform Engineering team supporting engineers with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD.

You'll be the first line of contact, troubleshoot issues, automate tasks, and help shape cloud strategy with AWS-based systems.

Ideal candidates have strong AWS, Terraform, Python and Bash skills, and enjoy collaborating across engineering teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform, Cloud, or similar roles (L4 candidates typically 7+).
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, networking, IAM).
• Experience writing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Strong scripting skills using Python and Bash.
• Experience supporting Linux-based environments and building CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to internal software teams on cloud infrastructure.
• Serve as the first line of technical support, escalating complex infrastructure issues when appropriate.
• Troubleshoot deployment, networking, infrastructure, and CI/CD challenges.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long‑term solutions to recurring problems.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual operational tasks and improve engineering workflows.
• Build, maintain, and improve Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Develop automation and tooling using Python and Bash.
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to translate platform needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural improvements.
• Mentor other engineers and promote engineering best practices (L4).
