Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development with architecture focus.
• Experience with latency budgets (p95/p99) and synchronous durable commits.
• Experience designing audit/evidence systems and immutable logs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design low-latency service architectures in AWS and optimize performance.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor engineering teams.
• Define security and multi-tenant strategies across services.
• Create architecture documents and ADRs to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams on technical方向.
