IQVIA Laboratories in Argentina is seeking a Senior Project Services Coordinator to provide day-to-day operational support to the Project Manager and study team across the full study lifecycle, from start-up through close-out.

You will coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, support monitoring requirements, and collaborate with internal and external teams to drive timely resolution of queries and improve processes.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; life sciences degree preferred.
• 1 year coordinating studies in a clinical research environment.
• 1 year experience in project management methodologies.
• Experience using investigator portals and study tracking/status reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Project Manager and study team across the full study lifecycle.
• Attend meetings, prepare minutes, action logs, and protocol-specific documents.
• Help set up protocol-specific Laboratory Centralized Monitoring requirements.
• Perform routine study maintenance tasks including site loading and Investigator Portal access support.
• Coordinate kit shipment coordination and monitoring day-to-day study performance.
• Work with internal and external teams to resolve queries and issues.
• Use status reports to identify trends and provide feedback on site performance.
• Support close-out activities and contribute to process improvements and SOP updates.
