IQVIA is seeking a Patient Recruitment Specialist in Buenos Aires to coordinate the operational delivery of recruitment and retention services for multinational studies. You will work with Recruitment Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, compliant study execution and data integrity.

Responsibilities include coordinating translations, printing, shipping, regulatory submission packages, and maintaining study timelines in tracking systems, while contributing to financial reporting

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences.
• Approximately 2 years of clinical research experience (site or CRO).
• Finance experience is ideal.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office and word processing.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
• Data analysis and presentation software skills; Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the operational execution of patient recruitment and retention deliverables.
• Coordinate translations, printing, and shipping of materials across countries.
• Prepare country-specific submission packages for Regulatory teams.
• Maintain and track study timelines and milestones using project tools.
• Support training activities to enable consistent recruitment processes.
• Maintain large volumes of study data in tracking systems.
• Contribute to periodic project and financial report generation.
• Ensure study documentation is uploaded and compliant in systems.
• Identify operational risks and communicate mitigation actions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
