IQVIA in Argentina seeks a Clinical Operations Manager to lead a team of clinical staff supporting multiple studies. You will ensure projects are resourced, staff are trained, and processes comply with GCP/ICH standards.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, resource allocation, quality review, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver trials on time while maintaining high quality and patient safety.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or health care field.
• Prior clinical trial experience including a management/leadership role or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of clinical staff and ensure projects are properly resourced.
• Oversee staff onboarding, training, and performance development.
• Allocate resources to clinical studies based on staff experience and training.
• Monitor and improve staff quality of clinical work and compliance with SOPs.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and report findings to management.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and other functions to meet project goals.
