Job summary

Parexel is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate II/Sr to join our team in a home-based role. You will monitor sites (on-site and remote), build strong investigator relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track. Travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field, plus at least 1 year of CRA experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential to support global trials.

Implement corrective actions to maintain study integrity.
Ensure sites are audit- and inspection-ready.
