Precision Medicine Group is hiring a Senior Clinical Research Associate to support studies in Argentina, with remote work options. The role involves start-up, on-site monitoring, site management, and mentoring of junior staff, ensuring patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a CRA, strong GCP/ICH knowledge, and experience with EDC and TMF processes. Travel up to 60% may be required; remote work within Argentina is supported.

Formación

• 4-year college degree or equivalent in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 5+ years as a CRA in CRO/pharma/biotech industry or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Independently oversees all aspects of study site management to ensure patient safety and data quality.
• Provides guidance for audit readiness and supports audit follow-up actions.
• Establishes and maintains trial management tools and status reports.
• Manages site start-up, feasibility, regulatory submissions and investigator contracts.
• Performs pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring and close-out visits as per protocol.
• Mentors junior staff and supports team training.
• Communicates with site personnel and project teams on protocol issues.
