Syneos Health Argentina S.A. is seeking a CRA II or Senior CRA (FSP) to perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits in Argentina from a home-based setting.

You will evaluate site performance, ensure regulatory compliance, manage data quality, and support site staff with study activities. The role requires up to 75% travel, strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the project team and sponsor

Responsabilidades

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (performed on-site or remotely).
• Communicates/escalates serious issues to the project team and develops action plans.
• Maintains knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and SOPs.
• Ensures informed consent is obtained and documented.
• Assesses site processes, data integrity, and protocol compliance.
• Reviews Investigator Site File and Trial Master File for accuracy and timeliness.
• Supports subject recruitment, retention and awareness strategies.
• Coordinates with sponsor staff and site personnel to meet timelines.
