Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Argentina is seeking a Sr Analyst, Commercial Planning to drive day-to-day commercial performance, owning planning and cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Content, Partnerships and Product. This role combines detailed campaign execution with a strategic lens to support leadership with insights and business cases.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in similar roles across Entertainment/Technology/Consulting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Digital Business Administration, or related field.
Work tools: Excel and Power BI required; IA tools, Airtable.
Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional action plans to achieve commercial targets and business objectives.
Support execution of campaigns, promotions, content initiatives, and partnership activities.
Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, Analytics, and Partnerships teams for timely delivery.
Escalate risks or alignment issues when necessary.
Model and develop business cases for new and existing initiatives.
Analyze feasibility and impact, providing data‑driven input and recommendations.
Support KPI tracking and performance reporting.
