The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Sr Analyst, Commercial Planning to drive day-to-day performance by orchestrating planning and execution across the team’s business levels. This role ensures campaigns and initiatives run on time, aligned to targets, and coordinated with key stakeholders.

Operating at the intersection of Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Content, Partnerships, and Product, you’ll support the commercial plan, build business cases, and co-own BAU reporting, while spotting trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Digital Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in a similar role, preferred in Entertainment/Tech/Consulting.
• Strong ability to translate data into insights and clear actions.
• Fluent English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional action plans to achieve commercial targets and objectives.
• Support campaign execution, promotions, content initiatives, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, Analytics, and Partnerships teams for timely delivery.
• Escalate risks, delays, or alignment issues as needed.
• Help develop and model business cases for initiatives.
• Analyze feasibility, impact, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support KPI tracking and performance reporting.
