Formación

• Background in Administration or a related field.
• Over 15 years of experience in camp management, general services, or contractor oversight.
• Experience in catering or transportation is a plus.
• Fluency in English is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and develop tactical plans to support organizational goals and oversee project concepts across functional areas.
• Lead organizational project change effectively across departments.
• Direct staff performance evaluations and remuneration decisions.
• Present complex proposals and reports to senior management.
• Oversee camp management, general services, and contractor oversight.
