Confidential company in Jujuy Province, Argentina seeks a Camp Coordinator to support daily camp and pilot plant operations in a high-altitude field environment. The role reports to Operations / Camp Manager and requires coordinating services, procurement support, and supplier documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1–2 years of experience in camp operations, and professional English (B2+). Must be willing to travel and reside on-site in the project area.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in camp operations, logistics or administrative coordination for mining, energy or remote projects.
• Experience with service coordination and supplier documentation is a plus.
• English: professional fluency (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day administration and operation of camp and pilot plant facilities.
• Coordinate daily operational tasks across the project with internal departments and contractors.
• Monitor fuel consumption and requests for project operations.
• Oversee camp services: catering, laundry, cleaning, water supply; log consumption data.
• Assist with monthly budget, purchase requests and measurement sheets for supplier payments.
• Support planning and execution of minor works and facility improvements under supervision.
