Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You'll sit between clients, product teams, and engineers: running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and making sure what we ship actually solves the problem it was meant to solve.
You'll work across a mix of client builds, client maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, and you'll play a key role when new projects are being scoped
Formación
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar software role.
- Experience turning input into structured requirements and user stories.
- Comfort with process mapping, data modeling, and storytelling for tech teams.
- Proficient in Jira; familiarity with Figma and collaborative docs.
Responsabilidades
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops with clients and teams.
- Document current-state and future-state processes and rules.
- Write user stories with acceptance criteria for Jira.
- Support project sizing by breaking scope into epics and stories.
- Collaborate with PM, UI/UX, and QA to ensure coverage and clarity.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and questions.
