Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, product, and engineering, running discovery, mapping processes, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.

You`ll document current and future workflows, break scope into epics for estimation, and ensure deliverables solve the intended problem. Remote with international client exposure and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar role on software projects.
• Proven ability to run discovery sessions and turn input into structured requirements.
• Comfort with process mapping and data modeling at a business level.
• Hands-on experience with Jira; familiarity with Figma and collaborative docs.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to lead client meetings with U.S. stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand goals and pain points.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, rules, data definitions, and edge cases.
• Break scope into epics and stories for engineering estimation.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and questions early and drive resolution.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Prioritize and groom the backlog with the Product Manager.
• Collaborate with UI/UX in Figma to align flows with requirements.
• Answer engineering questions during the sprint and keep requirements current.
• Work with QA to map acceptance criteria to test coverage.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and sprint demos with clients.
• Organize requirements docs in Google Drive; capture decisions and rationale.
• Capture SOC 2, security, and audit requirements explicitly.
• Serve as a trusted client contact for scope questions and tradeoffs.
• Translate between business and technical teams clearly.
