Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, product, and engineering, leading discovery, mapping processes, and writing user stories with acceptance criteria.

You will work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and internal products, shaping scope and estimates. You will engage with stakeholders, document current and future states, and ensure compliance and security considerations are captured

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar on software projects.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in agile environments.
• Proven ability to run discovery sessions and translate input into structured requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules, and data definitions.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to prioritize backlog and groom refinements.
• Coordinate with UI/UX in Figma to align flows with requirements.
