EY Global Delivery Services in Buenos Aires is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to oversee end-to-end accounting operations for a US client. You will coordinate daily activities, ensure accuracy, and drive process improvements during transitions and ERP migrations.

The role requires 5+ years in controllership within a shared services setting, strong finance operations knowledge (R2R, B2P, O2C), and ability to collaborate across time zones.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in controllership within a shared services environment.
• Experience in finance operations processes (R2R, B2P, O2C) and transition projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across time zones and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Review and coordinate daily accounting activities for the Buenos Aires team.
• Lead bookkeeping for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger processes.
• Oversee Senior and Staff contributions including JEs, monthly flash reports, and close management.
• Review bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve complex accounting issues.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities to meet deadlines.
• Coach junior staff and act as client contact during transitions and go-live periods.
