The ideal candidate has 8+ years in BIM, 3+ in leadership, and deep knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential to optimize project delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years in BIM implementation and management, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and other BIM software (Navisworks, BIM 360).
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems integration.
• Experience in developing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and managing BIM delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
