Job summary

Uptalent.Io is seeking an experienced Project BIM Lead to set up and manage Revit models for building engineering projects, providing the technical foundation designers and engineers need. You will work closely with our BIM Department Manager while independently supporting multiple project teams.

This role centers on Revit model setup, ongoing model management, and technical support, with building systems design experience considered a plus. Work from anywhere is supported.

Qualifications

• Extensive Revit experience required for setup and ongoing management.
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary design or engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of linked models, coordinates, worksets and view management.

Responsibilities

• Set up initial Revit models for designers and engineers to begin design and building systems layouts.
• Configure templates, linked models, coordinates, levels, grids, worksets, views and sheets.
• Manage and maintain Revit models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide Revit troubleshooting and best-practice support to project teams.
• Coordinate updates to linked architectural, structural, and MEP models.
• Apply BIM standards and project-specific workflows with the BIM manager.
• Review model health and resolve issues affecting productivity or usability.
• Prioritize BIM support needs across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve model setup and documentation workflows.
