Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a seasoned Senior BI Developer to design, build, and maintain SQL-based analytics and reporting solutions. You will shape AI integration across the data ecosystem, bridging business needs and a modern data platform.

You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable data products, ensuring accuracy, performance, and timely delivery of reports and dashboards.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of experience in SQL development and relational databases.
• Experience with BI/reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, SIGMA, etc.).
• Strong SQL skills including complex queries and optimization.
• Hands-on with AI/ML concepts and data modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, document, and translate data and reporting requirements from business users.
• Design dashboards and KPI scorecards delivering actionable insights.
• Develop and optimize SQL-based queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities and predictive analytics into the data stack.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
