• 8–10+ years of experience in SQL development and relational databases.
• Expertise in BI/reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, SIGMA, or equivalent).
• Strong command of complex SQL queries, CTEs, window functions, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing star/snowflake schemas and normalized data models.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and Cortex AI.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business users to gather, document data and reporting requirements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable self-service BI solutions using BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, SIGMA, etc.).
• Design dashboards, KPI scorecards, and ad hoc analytical reports that deliver actionable insights to decision-makers.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all reporting products.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL-based queries, views, and stored procedures to support BI tools.
• Identify and implement opportunities to augment BI solutions with AI and machine learning including predictive models, forecasting, anomaly detection, and natural language interfaces.
• Integrate large language model (LLM) capabilities and generative AI tools into analytics workflows where appropriate.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and prioritize AI use cases that deliver measurable business value.
• Evaluate and recommend AI/ML tooling, frameworks, and platforms that complement the existing data stack.
• Translate requirements into robust data models and efficient transformations across data layers.
• Ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability of operational and analytical reports.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, and data engineers to ensure timely data delivery.
