Job summary

The Mobile-First Company is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to own our security and compliance roadmap. You will work with our CTO to define strategy and drive execution across infrastructure and code, protecting a telephony/AI product used by thousands of businesses.

You will secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare), implement IAM and encryption, and integrate security into CI/CD. English proficiency and startup spirit are essential for rapid delivery.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience building and operating backend systems in production with hands-on responsibility for security.
Experience with authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT, RBAC) and secure coding practices.
Security work beyond day job (CTFs, bug bounties, certifications) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own security and compliance roadmap from strategy to execution.
Lead offensive security track with external partners: scope pentests, triage findings and drive fixes.
Design, harden and scale backend and cloud infrastructure for products.
