Job summary

The Mobile-First Company is seeking a security-focused engineer to own our security and compliance roadmap alongside our CTO. You will lead the offensive security track with external partners, scope pentests, triage findings and drive fixes across infrastructure and code.

You’ll partner with our Infra & Platform team to design, harden and scale the backend and cloud infrastructure behind our products. This role emphasizes hands-on AWS, IaC and data protection in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend or infra security work in production.
• Hands-on with AWS IAM, VPCs, KMS, logging and monitoring.
• Experience with secure CI/CD, secrets management and least privilege.

Responsibilities

• Own security and compliance roadmap with CTO from strategy to execution.
• Lead offensive security track with external partners: scope pentests, triage findings, drive fixes across infra and code.
• Partner with Infra & Platform to design, harden and scale backend and cloud infrastructure.
