The role involves integrating with Salesforce EVO/Omnichannel and contributing to AI-assisted sales automation initiatives. Must have 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Java or Python, and strong API integration skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience (Java or Python).
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• CRM automation and lead routing experience.
• Familiar with agile delivery and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows using Java or Python.
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead routing).
• Support AI SDR automation and webhook-based lead routing.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work in an agile sprint with a JIRA-backed backlog.
