Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering or backend development.
• 5+ years of Python in production-grade backend systems.
• Strong experience with Java and distributed systems.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based application development in production environments.
• Experience with databases, queues, and data pipelines; Docker/Kubernetes in production.
• High ownership mindset; thrives in startup or fast-paced environments.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python.
• Develop distributed systems with databases, APIs, message queues, and data pipelines.
• Own features end-to-end from design to monitoring and optimization.
• Build reliable, high-performance, maintainable systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Improve system performance and scalability across the platform.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery while preserving quality.
