ElevenLabs is seeking a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation in the LATAM Southern Cone. This in-country, hands-on role focuses on enterprise pipeline and brand growth among technical buyers.

As the first marketer in the region, you will localize ABM, content, events, and outbound programs, collaborating with global teams to drive repeatable growth and measurable impact.

Formación

• 5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company with B2B demand generation background.
• Proven ability to build and scale enterprise pipelines and campaigns.
• Ownership mindset: accountable for ROI and outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of the Southern Cone market, buyers, media and culture.

Responsabilidades

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end for Southern Cone priority industries.
• Own field marketing: plan self-hosted events, attend conferences and sponsor activities to build pipeline and brand.
• Localize programs across ABM, content, webinars, partner marketing, executive branding and product launches.
• Adapt global campaigns for the Southern Cone and feed local insights back to the global team.
• Partner with local sales and global teams to ensure messaging consistency and high-impact campaigns.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance, use data to measure and optimize results.
