Job summary

ElevenLabs in LATAM Southern Cone is seeking a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation for our in-region enterprise pipeline. This hands-on, in-country role focuses on growing our brand with technical buyers and creating benchmark programs for AI marketing.

As the first marketer in the region, you will shape how Southern Cone businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs, and you will partner with global teams to ensure messaging consistency.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience at a high-growth tech company with measurable enterprise pipeline impact.
• Ownership of growth and marketing projects from start to finish with ROI accountability.
• Deep knowledge of the Southern Cone market and enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across Southern Cone priority industries.
• Own field marketing for the region: plan and run self-hosted events and represent ElevenLabs at conferences.
• Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, webinars, partner/customer marketing, and product launches.
• Adapt global campaigns for the Southern Cone and feed local insights back to the global team.
• Partner with sales and product marketing to ensure messaging consistency and high-impact campaigns.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance using data, experiments, and continuous improvement.
