Job summary

Darwoft, a Latin American software partner, is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, operate, and improve our cloud deployment platform for a cybersecurity product. You will work with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD, and observability tools, collaborating with engineering, security, QA, and IT teams to ship features reliably at scale.

This is a 100% remote, LATAM-wide contractor role with USD payments, offering strong ownership and opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering.
• Strong AWS production experience.
• Hands-on Kubernetes/EKS management.
• IaC with Terraform.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI.
• Security and observability focus.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infra on AWS.
• Develop IaC with Terraform.
• Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes/EKS.
• Create reliable CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana/CloudWatch.
• Improve platform observability and incident response.
• Collaborate with security on compliance.
