Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate the cloud infrastructure for a cybersecurity identity platform. You will own AWS/EKS deployments, Terraform IaC, and CI/CD pipelines, enabling scalable, secure software delivery across LATAM clients in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on production experience with AWS.
• Strong experience managing Kubernetes clusters (Amazon EKS).
• Advanced experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Linux administration.
• Ansible.
• Python and Bash scripting.
• Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, ELK.
• Networking concepts: VPCs, subnets, load balancers, DNS, VPNs, firewalls.
• Security best practices in cloud environments.
• High degree of autonomy and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Deploy and manage workloads on Kubernetes (Amazon EKS).
• Create automation for provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Improve deployment processes and developer experience.
• Manage containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Advance observability and centralized logging across systems.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with security teams to strengthen infrastructure security.
