Job summary

Domus Global is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure for 24/7 production systems. You will automate pipelines, containerize workloads, and optimize performance and costs across multi-account environments.

The role requires strong expertise in Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, ECS/Fargate, and monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana, with a focus on security and observability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering for 24/7 production environments.
• Advanced AWS expertise including ECS/Fargate, ALB/NLB, VPC, and security services.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Containerization with Docker and ECS tasks.
• CI/CD with Jenkins, Groovy, and secure coding practices.
• Streaming and data infra experience with Kafka, EMR, or similar.
• Strong monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure.
• Manage container workloads with ECS/Fargate and autoscaling.
• Develop reusable Terraform modules and CI/CD pipelines.
• Operate streaming platforms and data infrastructure.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with proactive incident response.
• Optimize costs with right-sizing and efficient architectures.
• Automate operations with Python, Bash, and AWS Lambda.
• Ensure security with vulnerability management and least-privilege access.
• Create runbooks and technical documentation.
