Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and optimize cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and platform tooling for a high‑scale cybersecurity project. You will work with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, Docker, and observability tools in a 100% remote LATAM setup.

You will lead IaC, automation, and release processes, partnering with software engineers, QA, and security teams to deliver reliable, scalable systems. This role requires strong Linux, networking and securit y expertise.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of DevOps/Platform Engineering experience in production.
• Hands-on experience with AWS in large-scale deployments.
• Proven ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux networking and shell scripting.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, AWS CDK/CF).
• Experience with security best practices and FinOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Build and maintain IaC using Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions/Jenkins/GitLab CI.
• Manage Docker containers and Kubernetes (EKS) deployments.
• Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenSearch/ ELK.
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Improve security, cost efficiency, and platform reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams.
• Automate deployment processes and software release workflows.
