Uberall is building out its Analytics & Reporting organization and seeks a player‑coach to lead the App team. You’ll manage six engineers (3 backend, 2 frontend, 1 QA), work with two PMs, a designer, and a UX researcher, while staying hands‑on 20–30% of the time.

You’ll own customer‑facing data APIs, the Analytics product, and production reliability. This distributed role emphasizes architecture, delivery cadence, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Formación

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with backend JVM stack.
• 2+ years leading an engineering team with people responsibility.
• Experience designing and operating microservices in production (Kubernetes, AWS).

Responsabilidades

• Stand up and lead the App team as a healthy, autonomous unit.
• Co-own data pipelines migration from monoliths to the Data Eng stack.
• Modernize backend estate toward Kotlin; decommission legacy services.
• Shape Analytics with AI-enabled insights and expose data/APIs to AI agents.
