Agileengine, Llc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofit partners. This fully remote role focuses on turning complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable decisions that drive campaign success.

You’ll collaborate across Paid Media, Accounts, and Leadership, build dashboards, improve reporting systems, and support data-driven marketing decisions with clear insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in analytics or marketing data roles.
• Strong reporting, dashboard design, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead-generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
