BRG's Financial Institution Advisory practice seeks an Analyst or above with financial services experience to support engagement work on risk management, capital planning, and regulatory controls.

The role blends execution and oversight of data-intensive projects, including analytics, financial modeling, and the development of client deliverables, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Formación

• Strong work quality and accuracy, with excellent attention to detail.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and deliver work within deadlines.
• Proven experience working in an analytical role in Financial Services, Investment Banking, Consulting or related industry.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with senior professionals to execute financial institution advisory projects related to risk management, valuation, capital planning, and stress-testing.
• Plan and manage all aspects of client engagements depending on their size and complexity.
• Delegate assignments to staff, monitor progress, and review work product for completeness and accuracy.
• Develop analyses and financial models using transactional data and/or financial data.
• Generate client deliverables and contribute to expert reports.
