BRG is seeking a junior to analyst-level professional to join its Financial Institution Advisory practice in Buenos Aires. You will perform financial and analytical work across risk, finance, and technology enablement, supporting client deliverables and governance efforts.

The role emphasizes accuracy, English communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced consulting setting.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Interest in financial services, consulting, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute financial institution advisory projects related to financial risk management incl. credit risk, valuation, capital planning, and stress-testing.
• Work across regulatory, risk and controls; finance and accounting; technology enablement; and process optimization.
• Handle data-intensive analytics and governance to support risk initiatives.
• Develop analyses and financial models using transactional or financial data.
• Generate client deliverables and contribute to expert reports.
• Demonstrate creativity and efficient use of software tools and models.
• Prioritize assignments to meet goals and deadlines.
