Medallia is seeking a Senior TPM (AI) to lead strategic AI-enabled product and platform initiatives within the R&D PMO. You will work across Product and Engineering with the goal of delivering high-impact GenAI capabilities and AI-powered platform programs.

You will manage cross-functional teams, communicate status to executives, and drive operational improvements to delivery, predictability, and throughput in a hybrid cloud environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of leadership experience in Product / Engineering / PMO.
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience working closely with C-level executives.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale initiatives across matrixed, globally-diverse teams.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI products from definition to production launch.
• Experience with AI model lifecycle.
• Exposure to responsible AI governance and collaboration with Security & Legal.
• Hands-on familiarity with GenAI development and productivity tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor).
• Experience applying SDLC and PMO tooling (Jira, Confluence) to track progress and deliverables.

• Lead multiple strategic initiatives with cross-functional dependencies across platforms and applications.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive AI-enabled programs from planning through delivery.
• Own health and success of strategic initiatives; drive process, tooling, and organizational improvements.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks; communicate status to leadership at multiple levels.
• Craft clear, factual communications and represent the R&D function externally to stakeholders.
