Svitla Systems, Inc. is seeking a Product/Project Manager for a full-time, hybrid role in Argentina to lead an AI-driven agent program. You will run agile processes for the agent team, align with stakeholders, and manage vendor delivery with a focus on meeting acceptance criteria and production readiness.

The role requires 5+ years in PM/PMO roles delivering software, strong knowledge of LLMs, and excellent executive communication. EST overlap and hybrid work flexibility are offered.

Formación

• 5+ years delivering software products or projects.
• Hands-on understanding of LLM and agentic systems including prompting, evaluation, and orchestration tooling.
• Experience managing vendor delivery: SOW scoping, acceptance criteria, milestones.
• Strong agile facilitation across mixed teams.
• Ability to write concise status updates that executives read.

Responsabilidades

• Own the agent team delivery plan and roadmap milestones with executive visibility.
• Run scrum for a cross-functional team: planning, backlog, standups, retros.
• Manage vendor engagements end-to-end: milestones, deliverables, scope changes.
• Define and enforce the Definition of Done for agent workflows from PoC to production.
• Coordinate model, tooling, and platform decisions across engineering, data science, and business owners.
