Darwoft in LATAM is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to join our AI-native platform. You will navigate a large production codebase, design new product capabilities, and drive architectural decisions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will work with Claude Code, Codex, and other AI agents to accelerate delivery, while maintaining quality, testing, and observability. This is a fully remote, contractor-like full-time role with strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Strong production software experience and ownership of systems.
• Excellent fundamentals in architecture, design, debugging, testing, and maintainability.
• Experience with large or complex existing codebases and SaaS platforms.

Aufgaben

• Navigate, understand, and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new product capabilities across a SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
• Identify technical debt and reliability issues and improve practices.
• Use Claude Code/Codex/Copilot extensively throughout development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product leadership to translate business problems into solutions.
