ChainGPT is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to accelerate AI-native development and production-grade delivery. You will own core parts of the product, define architecture and security practices, and work directly with founders to shape the product at an early stage.

You’ll leverage AI coding agents to boost output while maintaining quality and governance. You will ship high-impact features, guide automated workflows, and ensure reliability and security in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• 8–12+ years of production software experience.
• AI-centric approach to building & shipping software.
• Ability to guide AI coding agents with strong human oversight.
• Solid fundamentals in architecture, debugging, and code quality.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship core features and infrastructure for AI-native products.
• Direct and evaluate agentic development workflows with human oversight.
• Define engineering standards, architecture patterns, and review practices.
• Collaborate with founders on strategy, tradeoffs, and execution.
• Debug complex issues and raise the engineering bar.
