Job summary

Jeeves, the stablecoin-native banking platform, is seeking an AI Engineer based in Argentina to own end-to-end AI workflows in production, from invoice processing to payment orchestration.

You will design agentic systems, build robust LLM pipelines, and ensure observability, cost controls, and compliance. You will work with Product, Backend, and finance teams to deliver real value for customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years building and operating AI-powered systems in production.
• End-to-end ownership of large workflows with limited direction.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered apps via APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic).
• Designing agentic or multi-step AI workflows or RAG with vector DBs.
• Strong Python skills and backend foundations (REST, SQL, async).
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own finance workflows end-to-end, from problem definition to production.
• Design agentic systems with extraction, retrieval, reasoning, and tools.
• Write design docs, build-vs-buy decisions, success metrics.
• Collaborate with customers and finance users to define requirements.
• Build production-grade AI pipelines with prompts, validation, and fallbacks.
• Implement retrieval, embeddings, vector search and grounding.
• Ensure observability: logging, dashboards, alerts, audit trails.
