Job summary

Jeeves is seeking an Analytics Lead to join our data foundation and credit policy teams in a fully remote, global role. You will lead data integration, model development and risk analysis to guide underwriting and portfolio management across international markets.

Qualifications

3–7 years analytics experience in credit risk across cards/payments/lending or related industries.
Advanced SQL: write own queries and validate data quality.
Python for analysis and modeling (regression, segmentation, clustering).
Experience with version control (GitHub) for sharing code is a plus.
Experience with external data sources (bureau, banking, open finance, tax).
Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
Track record turning analysis into credit policy or strategy changes with measurable results.
Strong written and verbal communication to explain models to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluency in English; ability to overlap with Latin American business hours.

Responsibilities

Lead integration and validation of external data sources; partner with engineering on pipelines and data quality.
Own cleanup of customer data consents and connections for reliable refreshing.
Replace manual credit processes with repeatable SQL/Python workflows.
Define data quality checks and documentation for trust in results.
Develop underwriting criteria and credit limit strategies using internal/external data.
Design customer management strategies including credit line changes.
Identify high-risk customers early and mitigate losses.
Collaborate with Sales/BD to align with credit policy.
Define portfolio KPIs and dashboards; monitor health and performance.
Create early-warning signals and monitoring routines for accounts.
Provide segmentation and prioritization insights to Collections.
Contribute to loss forecasting and risk-adjusted return analysis with Finance.
Apply statistical methods to uncover risk drivers; inform strategy.
Develop, validate and monitor credit risk models.
Help define rules for automated credit decisioning with Product/Engineering.
Translate model results into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Use AI tools to support analysis and verify outputs; suggest improvements to AI workflows.
