You will lead the development of scalable, secure AI agents, integrating them into software development, testing, deployment, and operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and multi-agent systems, plus leadership to influence engineering practices across teams. Flexible hybrid work options are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a software product development environment.
• Strong proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with relational databases and production software systems.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, tool-using LLM apps, or orchestrated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design agentic workflows that coordinate tools, services, data, and human approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration, tool use, memory, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Use agentic coding tools throughout planning, implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, and operations workflows.
• Prototype new agentic capabilities and turn experiments into production systems.
