AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior AI Engineer in Buenos Aires, Argentina to design and build agentic workflows and AI-powered enterprise applications.

You will work on multi-agent systems, tool-using LLMs, and orchestration patterns, with strong emphasis on testing, security, and scalable architectures. The role requires 5+ years in software product development, proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript, Python, RESTful APIs, and AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software product development.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise.
• Experience with AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Proficiency with relational databases and RESTful APIs.
• AWS experience and event-driven architectures are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data, and human approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and multi-agent collaboration.
• Use agentic coding tools throughout planning, implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, support, and operations.
• Establish standards for evaluation, observability, security, and governance.
• Prototype new capabilities and turn experiments into production systems.
• Build complete, usable products, not just demonstrations.
• Identify productivity improvements via agentic development.
• Mentor engineers and shape an agentic-first strategy.
• Collaborate with leaders to connect capabilities to outcomes.
