AgileEngine, LLC. in Mendoza, Argentina seeks a Senior AI Engineer to design and build agentic workflows for enterprise software products. You will create AI-powered applications, orchestrate tools, and drive multi-agent coordination with strong Java, Spring Boot, and AWS expertise.

You will lead architecture decisions, mentor peers, and translate ambiguous problems into reliable technical solutions while ensuring scalable, secure systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software product development.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with AI agents, tool-using LLMs, or orchestrated workflows.
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems, RAG and vector search.
• Experience with coding, reviews, testing, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data, and human approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and context management.
• Utilize agentic coding tools throughout the lifecycle: planning to docs.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Set standards for evaluation, observability, security, and governance.
• Prototype new agentic capabilities and ship production systems.
• Mentor engineers and shape an agentic-first strategy.
• Collaborate with leaders to connect agentic capabilities to outcomes.
