Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering/backend development.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Python, building production-grade backends.
• Strong experience with Java.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based development experience.
• Experience building AI-driven features and LLM integrations in production.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Experience with databases, message queues, and data processing pipelines.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in startup/fast-paced environments.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python.
